Review Management

How does AI review response work?

When a new Google review comes in, our system detects it automatically and generates a personalized response based on the review content, star rating, and your brand voice settings. Positive reviews get warm thank-yous. Negative reviews get professional, empathetic responses designed to de-escalate and invite the customer back.

You can choose to auto-publish responses or review them first in your dashboard before they go live.

Will the responses sound robotic?

No. Every response is generated uniquely based on the specific review. We don't use templates or copy-paste replies. You configure your brand voice — friendly, professional, casual, formal — and every response matches that tone while being specific to what the reviewer said.

Most customers can't tell the difference between our AI responses and ones written by a person.

Which review platforms do you support?

We currently support Google Business Profile reviews. This covers the vast majority of local business reviews — Google is where 87% of consumers read reviews for local businesses.

Support for Yelp, Facebook, and industry-specific platforms is on our roadmap.

Can I review responses before they're published?

Yes. You have full control over your workflow:

  • Auto-publish: Responses go live automatically within minutes of a new review
  • Review first: Responses are generated and held in your dashboard for approval before publishing
  • Hybrid: Auto-publish positive reviews (4-5 stars) and hold negative reviews for your review

Most businesses start with the hybrid approach and move to full auto-publish once they're confident in the responses.

How many locations can I connect?

Our Starter plan includes up to 3 locations. The Growth plan supports up to 20 locations. If you have more than 20 locations, contact us for custom Enterprise pricing.

Each location gets its own Google Business Profile connection and can have its own brand voice configuration if needed.

What happens with really bad reviews?

Negative reviews get special treatment. Our AI generates responses that are empathetic, professional, and designed to de-escalate — never defensive or dismissive. The response acknowledges the customer's concern and invites them to continue the conversation offline.

For 1-star reviews or reviews mentioning serious issues (health, safety, legal), we automatically flag them in your dashboard and hold them for your manual review before responding.

  • Growth — $149/month: Up to 20 locations, everything in Starter plus priority support, analytics dashboard, and multi-location management

Is there a free trial?

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your account stays active through the end of your billing period.

Setup & Integration

How long does setup take?

Most businesses are up and running in under 15 minutes. The process is:

  • Create your account (2 minutes)
  • Connect your Google Business Profile via OAuth — just click and authorize (1 minute)
  • Configure your brand voice and response preferences (5-10 minutes)
  • That's it — reviews start being monitored immediately

Do I need to give you my Google password?

No. We use Google's official OAuth system — the same "Sign in with Google" flow you've used on other websites. You authorize access to your Google Business Profile through Google's own interface. We never see or store your Google password.

You can revoke access anytime from your Google account settings.

What if I have multiple Google Business Profiles?

Perfect — that's what we're built for. After connecting your Google account, you'll see all your Business Profiles in the dashboard. Select the ones you want to manage, configure each one's brand voice (or use the same settings across all), and you're done.

Is my data secure?

  • Google OAuth tokens are stored securely and never shared
  • We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security — your data is isolated from other customers
  • We never sell or share your data with third parties
